Client delivery professionals work day-to-day with our clients and deliver our services with the utmost accuracy, integrity and thoroughness of work. They experience the inner workings of middle market and Fortune 500 companies alike and take on increasing management responsibilities as the client grows and their experience increases. As a client delivery professional, you may travel to the client site and learn from subject matter experts about specific processes. You may become an “expert” within your team and be responsible for the training and guidance of others you work with. Or, as you gain experience, you may take on accountability for overall delivery of service.
Given such exposure to our client’s operations, client delivery also provides the ideal environment for learning. Generally, as a client delivery professional, you may join OPI with some level of technical expertise or possess advanced qualifications in a specific function or field, such as a Masters degree or a Chartered Accountant license. During your time with OPI, you will have the opportunity to build upon these credentials with high-quality experience and ongoing education.
