OPI’s Technology team ensures the security, capability, and continuity, of our phone and technology systems, thus allowing for our global workforce delivery. Technology plays an enabling role in our ability to share information on real-time basis with our staff located across the world. It is thanks to our Technology team’s innovative solutions and proactive management that our phone, server, connectivity, hardware, software, and other systems allow for the efficient, effective delivery of service to our clients.
As a member of the Technology team, you would gain well-rounded experience through exposure to all aspects of design, implementation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure. Responsibilities of the team range from software and hardware procurement for our steadily growing employee base and new office locations, to providing global help desk support, to ensuring the efficacy of our virtual connectivity solutions, to planning for disaster recovery and business continuity. In addition to providing the necessary maintenance of existing systems, you may also be called upon to evaluate advancements in technology and suggest potential upgrades and new infrastructure roll-outs.
Technology team members generally join OPI with a degree, or related experience, in System Infrastructure, Server Operations, or IT. Opportunities exist at all levels, with ample potential to grow within the company.
